What’s your role?

Whether you’re an experienced Tech Lead or a senior engineer ready to take the next step, this is your chance to own technical direction, influence product decisions, and stay hands-on.

You’ll lead by example—owning the architecture and quality of a product asset, bringing clarity, structure, and support to the team. Your role isn’t about control—it’s about context, collaboration, and helping others do their best work.

From system design to incident response, you’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and reliable systems.

Your day-to-day:

• Own and evolve the technical direction, architecture, and engineering quality

• Guide engineers through technical decisions, reviews, and coaching

• Lead incident response, monitor system health, and drive improvements

• Collaborate with PMs and Engineering Managers on feasibility and priorities

• Champion scalable, consistent ways of building across teams

What makes you a great fit?

Experience:
5+ years in software engineering, with experience in architecture, system design, and DevOps. You’ve helped shape how teams think and build—not just what they deliver.

Skills:
You know what good looks like—clean architecture, scalable code, and healthy delivery habits. You communicate clearly and lead with context over control.

Mindset:

You’re a curious, driven systems thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments. You think in trade-offs and lead with clarity and technical reasoning.
