As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale our team with the right people, in the right way.

You’re someone who sees recruitment as more than just filling roles. You see it as a way to shape culture, quality, and long-term success. That’s exactly what we need.

In this role, you’ll work across the business: from Tech Leads and Engineering Managers to Sales, Staff, Product and Operational roles. You’ll shape how we find, engage and welcome new colleagues who not only bring great skills, but who also feel at home at FinDock. Our culture is open, collaborative and international.

You'll be a trusted voice for hiring managers, candidates, and the teams we’re building. Are you ready to take ownership, bring smart ideas to life, and build the foundation for a fast-growing, purpose-driven team?

Your day to day:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring across all teams: from Tech, Product, Commercial, and Operations, including leadership positions

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and create outcome-based, bias-aware selection processes

  • Source and engage talent across the Netherlands and beyond

  • Build strong proactive talent pipelines through smart sourcing, Boolean, referrals, and AI tools

  • Keep processes structured and inclusive, so we move quickly and fairly (use scorecards, interviews, assessments)

  • Ensure a thoughtful and human candidate journey, from first contact to final offer and onboarding

  • Strengthen our employer brand, sharing what makes FinDock a great place to work

  • Continuously improve how we hire, through automation, data, feedback, and tools (we use Recruitee)

  • Report on metrics like candidate conversion, pipeline quality and NPS

Job requirements

What makes you the perfect fit?

Experience:

You live in the Netherlands (our office in Woerden is just 15 minutes from Utrecht), and understand the local talent market. You bring at least 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, of which a few years in a Tech or SaaS and Scale-up environment. You’ve successfully filled complex roles, including Engineering leadership, Product, Commercial, and Staff functions and you know what good looks like.  You’ve helped shape hiring processes that are fast, fair, and high-quality.


Skills:

You’re someone who can find and attract great talent. You’re confident with Boolean search, ATS (like Recruitee), you’re curious about AI (sourcing) tools, and you know how to build lasting relationships. You run structured interviews, spot bias before it creeps in, and keep every stakeholder aligned. You make complexity feel simple, and you communicate with clarity, always.

You’re curious, structured, and energised by people and progress. You take ownership, follow through, and know how to prioritise when things move quickly. You care deeply about fairness in hiring and want every candidate to walk away feeling respected. Above all, you’re excited to help build the teams that will shape FinDock’s next chapter.
