Job description
Ready to shape Customer Payment Happiness in the UK & Ireland?
Join FinDock as a Solution Engineer (UK&I Focus)
At FinDock, we believe payments should do more than process transactions—they should create connections, deepen relationships, and deliver happiness. As the #1 Customer Payment Operations solution built natively on Salesforce, we empower organizations to deliver seamless, personalized payment experiences.
Trusted by hundreds of organizations worldwide and rated 4.98 stars on the Salesforce AppExchange, we’re shaping the future of payments. That’s why we proudly say: FinDock. For Customer Payment Happiness.
What’s your role?
As a Solution Engineer, you’re the bridge between vision and execution. You’ll partner with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to design and deliver impactful demos, solution architectures, and technical insights that bring FinDock to life for prospects in the UK & Ireland.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll showcase how FinDock solves real-world payment challenges—especially in nonprofit and commercial contexts. Whether you’re leading discovery calls, crafting tailored demos, or translating market insights into product feedback, you’ll play a key role in driving adoption and trust.
Your day-to-day:
Lead technical discovery calls and map prospect needs to FinDock capabilities
Design and deliver live demos that resonate with nonprofit and commercial audiences
Support Account Executives and partners in building trust and closing deals
Provide input during RFPs and contribute to solution design documents
Relay insights and product feedback gathered from the field
Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling videos, slides, and use case
This role blends solution consulting, demo enablement, and product feedback — but is focused solely on pre-sales.
