This role of FinDock Solution Engineer and Evangelist for Revenue Cloud & Commercial Industries, offered on a hybrid basis (remote is an option), with our office-hub centrally located in Woerden (nearby railway station/airport).


Your Mission

As a FinDock Solution Engineer and Evangelist for Revenue Cloud & Commercial Industries, your mission is to be the dynamic cornerstone of our technical and market engagement strategies. In our expansion within the Revenue Cloud ecosystem, your role transcends being a bridge; you're the leading voice and face of our solutions, enhancing adoption and understanding. As a trusted advisor, chief storyteller, and primary liaison, you will not only bring our payment solutions to life but also forge essential relationships with Salesforce Revenue Cloud industry leaders worldwide. Your collaboration with sales, product teams, partners, and customers will drive product development, sales strategies, and establish us as a thought leader in the Revenue Cloud market. This pivotal role is about fostering long-term industry relationships, enhancing customer success, and positioning us as the go-to payment solution within the Salesforce ecosystem.


About the team:

Our dynamic Go to Market team spans across The Netherlands, the UK and US, boasting a dedicated, diverse team of 7 passionate professionals and expanding rapidly. Their mission is to make FinDock the de facto payment ingredient of choice for professionals in every Salesforce Cloud, industry and Appexchange offering.

This mission hinges on cultivating, trust-based, sustainable relationships with our partners and customers, fostering a culture of customer success and collaboration within their organizations.

You will report to Dan Kingsley, our Director Industry Solutions & Go to Market


Your Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion & Revenue Growth – Collaborating with key regional leadership to devise and implement strategies that drive growth within Commercial Industries, with a keen focus on maximizing Revenue Cloud opportunities.

  • Technical Partnership & Trust Building – Establishing a solid foundation of trust with the Salesforce SE team, implementation partners, clients, and potential customers by being the principal technical liaison, ensuring seamless interactions throughout their journey.

  • Innovative Solutions Presentation – Leveraging expertise in FinDock to lead or collaborate on dynamic presentations and demonstrations that highlight FinDock's leadership in payments within Revenue Cloud or other commercial solutions.

  • Content Development & Industry Engagement – Producing and disseminating scalable demo videos and related content, as well as actively participating in or attending relevant industry events to elevate brand presence and expertise.

  • Sales-Product Synergy – Acting as a vital link between Sales and Product teams, channeling customer insights and requirements to influence product evolution and meet market needs.

Job requirements

  • Technical Proficiency and Expertise – You have hands-on technical experience with Salesforce preferably around billing, Revenue Cloud showcasing your tech-savviness and ability to navigate complex technical environments.
  • Product Passion – We’re a product led company, the product is the foundation of who we are.
  • Compelling Communicator – Exceptional storytelling abilities coupled with stellar presenting and interpersonal skills, critical for engaging and persuading audiences. You’ll love to present both on event stages, in person with customers and online.
