FinDock is growing at a rapid pace, and we are looking for a new team member who is experienced in the translation of customer business and technical requirements into comprehensive software solutions.
As Senior Product Engineer- Salesforce, you will determine and define functional product and business needs and requirements as well as user stories in close collaboration with the Product team. You will write and deliver well designed, testable, efficient and high quality code and enable the Quality Assurance team to prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing. You will ensure deliverables meet requirements and specifications and you maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
You stay up to date with the latest developments in your area of expertise and investigate alternative solutions and technologies to support improvements and you present these for architectural review.
You work in a DevOps team and together with the team you also are responsible for the ‘ops’ aspects. This ensures you are not just working on isolated parts of the process, but you are an integral part of the whole process. As you continuously contribute to all phases of the development cycle you are aware of all the ins and outs.
Furthermore, you will have lots of freedom to express your own style and opinion on the products you work on; your voice matters.

Design, develop and deliver high quality unit tested solutions within Salesforce, in close collaboration with QA and product team
Ensure deliverables not only meet requirements but are also aligned with best possible outcomes for our product and our customers
Since we work as a DevOps team you are also responsible for ‘Ops’
Support continuous improvement of our product
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
Stay up to date with the latest developments in your area of expertise
A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience
Academic level or an Applied Technology degree.
Proven experience with the following technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Git.
Experience with CI/CD processes is a prerequisite.
English language skills are important, Dutch is a plus
Is curious and eager to understand Salesforce and related technologies
Has a can-do, positive, get-things-done mentality. Friendly in tone, tenacious in attitude.
