Are you passionate about building partnerships with customers and FinDock implementation partners to achieve mutual success by guiding, supporting and advising them in using FinDock. The Role

As our first Implementation Success Consultant in the USA, you will be the cornerstone of our expansion, playing a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing successful client implementations. You act as a hands-on FinDock and Salesforce expert during the most critical phases of the customer journey. As a trusted advisor you exceed their expectations by diving into the customer's Salesforce configuration and customisation, to solve and advise on FinDock challenges. In summary, an Implementation Success Consultant focuses on guiding customers through the onboarding process, providing ongoing support, and offering strategic consultancy to maximize the value derived from the product.



Accountability/Responsibilities

  • Support customers and partners to identify and solve technical implementation challenges. Can be seen as 2nd/3rd line of support

  • Work closely with our Sales team to demonstrate our product to prospects and partners

  • Proactively liaise with customers and partners in your region to make sure they’re successful with FinDock and keep getting the most value out of our product.

  • Create and improve support, consultancy and success processes and tools to meet the needs of our rapidly growing client base in the USA.

  • Enable partners and customers in your region to successfully implement FinDock by helping them with your personal Salesforce/Payment expertise, tools and materials.

  • Efficiently implement and configure FinDock features for customers, ensuring timely delivery and achieving customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • You have 4 years experience with Salesforce in a customer facing role, preferably as a consultant, admin or developer
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You’re comfortable interacting across different levels (both technical and business)
  • You have a getting things done mentality.
  • You have the ability to work autonomously, managing your tasks and responsibilities.
