What’s your role?
This is more than a job—it’s your chance to lay the foundation of FinDock’s internal IT operations.
As our Salesforce & IT Operations Lead, you’ll take on the responsibility of managing IT tools and systems while serving as the Product Owner for our internal Salesforce environment and other IT tooling. You’lll drive the IT roadmap and also actively design and implement solutions yourself to optimize processes, enabling our teams to excel and thrive.

Your day-to-day:
Be hands-on with Salesforce—configuring, testing, and deploying solutions that make a difference.
Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for internal IT tools, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
Configuring new or existing IT tools and systems to meet the organization's evolving requirements and ensure seamless operations
Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and support company growth
Act as the go-to expert for IT systems like GSuite, Nmbrs, Pleo, Exact, Deel, and, of course, Salesforce.
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, from device management to system integration.
Job requirements
What makes you a perfect fit?
Experience: 2+ years as a Salesforce consultant, admin, or developer. Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like GSuite, Exact, or Nmbrs.
Skills: Analytical, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented, you’re skilled at breaking down complexity, mastering tools, and delivering practical solutions that drive results. You’re comfortable managing stakeholders and setting priorities.
Knowledge: Expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with IT tools. Bonus points for multilingual skills (English is a must; Dutch a plus).
Mindset: you excel at building systems and processes from scratch and thrive in fast paced environments. You are forever curious, a life-long learner and pro-active
