The Job
As our Regional Sales Director, you'll be the driving force behind establishing FinDock as the premier payment solution in the Salesforce ecosystem across the DACH region. Your mission? Forge robust relationships with Salesforce Implementation Partners and Account Executives to ensure seamless integration and optimisation of our solutions. Collaborate closely with both nonprofit and commercial organizations, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions to streamline operations. Enhance their efforts to build your pipeline. By nurturing partnerships with prospects and key ecosystem stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of helping organizations achieve their missions.
Your Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Director are:
Cultivate a strategic, long-term partner network with a focus on relationships with Salesforce Implementation Partners and Salesforce Account Executives.
Propel pipeline growth and manage opportunities for customers in your region.
Achieve and exceed Sales Targets.

Who We're Looking For?
Are you a sales or business development expert with a minimum of 5 years' experience? Do you have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem? If you view challenges through the eyes of your customers, thrive on pioneering efforts, and are results-oriented, we want to hear from you. Networking should be your second nature, and fluency in both English and German is a must.
