What’s your role?

As a QA Engineer at FinDock, you’re the voice of quality—from first idea to final release. You’ll work closely with engineers, PMs, and tech leads to help us ship reliable, resilient, and valuable software.

From test strategy and edge cases to automation and quality advocacy, you’ll help the team deliver with clarity and confidence.

Your day-to-day:

  • Work with engineers and PMs to define acceptance criteria and needed test coverage

  • Raise quality risks early and help the team prioritize

  • Join design discussions and code reviews with a QA lens

  • Design and maintain test strategies—balancing automation and manual testing

  • Build and run functional, integration, regression, and smoke tests

  • Support by manual testing when automation isn’t (yet) possible

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure

  • Debug test failures and improve test stability

Job requirements

What makes you the perfect fit?


Experience:
2+ years in QA, software testing, or quality engineering. 

You’ve worked in cross-functional (product) teams and know how to embed quality early—not just test at the end.

Experience with Robot Framework is a huge plus, as is experience with test management systems like QACE.


Skills:
You’re detail-oriented, structured, and curious. You think from the customer’s perspective, catch what others miss, and have experience with automated testing and modern QA practices.


Mindset:
You care about quality, take ownership, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re collaborative, curious, and always looking to improve.
