What’s your role?

As a Product Marketer, you turn product depth into clarity. You’ll craft messaging, stories, and content that connect FinDock’s powerful payment capabilities to real-world customer needs. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Industry Solutions, you’ll shape how we talk about what we do—online, in campaigns, and in customer conversations.

From messaging frameworks to one-pagers and whitepapers, you’ll be the voice of our product and help bring it to life across the full customer journey.

If you love translating technical complexity into simple, compelling value, and enjoy working across teams in a fast-moving environment—this role is for you.

Your day-to-day:

  • Develop and refine product messaging that communicates FinDock’s value and differentiators

  • Create high-impact content—like guides, use cases, blogs, and campaign assets—that supports awareness, sales, and onboarding

  • Translate product features into sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, and messaging templates

  • Source and shape customer stories that bring real-life impact to life

  • Partner with Product and Sales to align messaging to roadmap and buyer needs

  • Continuously update content to reflect what’s new, what’s working, and what resonates

Job requirements

What makes you the perfect fit?

Experience:
You’ve worked in B2B SaaS, ideally in product or content marketing, and have a feel for translating technical solutions into benefits that matter. Experience with payments and/or Salesforce is a strong plus.


Skills:
You’re a sharp writer (in English), natural storyteller, and structured thinker. You collaborate well across teams, listen deeply, and shape content that connects. You’re not afraid to challenge or simplify, and you care about quality and clarity.


Mindset:
You’re a curious, driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy creating, and thrive on turning complexity into something others can use and understand.
