As FinDock, a Salesforce ISV, continues to flourish in the USA, we are excited to announce that we're looking for a trailblazer that wants to be our very first Nonprofit Solution Specialist in the USA and Canada. Are you passionate about building partnerships with customers and FinDock implementation partners to achieve mutual success by showcasing FinDock and by guiding, supporting and advising them in using FinDock? FinDock is located in The Netherlands and this role is offered on a remote basis in the eastern US time zone.

Your mission

Your mission is to support nonprofit organizations in North America, mainly in the US and Canada, by utilizing FinDock's innovative payment solutions. You'll do this by building partnerships, providing expert technical guidance, and demonstrating how our solutions can be tailored to their needs. Your goal is to help nonprofits operate more effectively, so they can achieve their goals and make a bigger impact in society. You'll also work to establish FinDock as a leader in nonprofit technology solutions in North America. As the main technical expert, you'll offer comprehensive support to partners and customers during implementation and after go-live.


About the team

Our dynamic Go to Market team spans across The Netherlands, the UK and US, boasting a dedicated, diverse team of 7 passionate professionals and expanding rapidly. Their mission is to make FinDock the de facto payment ingredient of choice for professionals in every Salesforce Cloud, industry and Appexchange offering.

This mission is to build trust-based, sustainable relationships with our partners and customers, creating a culture of customer success and collaboration within their organizations.


You will report to Dan Kingsley, our Director Industry Solutions & Go to Market

Besides that you’ll have a clear line into Hartger Olivier and his Customer Success team and you’ll team up with Jessica Hood, our Director Nonprofit US who is also based in the eastern US.


Your Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Value of the FinDock Solution: Conduct engaging demonstrations to showcase how FinDock's payment solutions address the specific needs of nonprofit organizations, highlighting our value proposition.

  • Strategic Collaboration for Project Success: Work closely with customers and partners, providing comprehensive support and enablement initiatives to ensure the success of their projects, from implementation through to completion and beyond.

  • Guided Implementation Projects: Guide partners through their FinDock implementation projects by working closely with their delivery teams, ensuring that delivery objectives are not just met but exceeded, and ensure a smooth transition to long-term operation..

  • Continuous Post-Implementation Support: Offer continuous support to customers and partners after projects launch, addressing any technical challenges and maximizing the value of their FinDock solutions.

  • Feedback Loop for Solution Enhancement: Maintain a close relationship with the sales and product teams to relay client feedback, contributing to the ongoing refinement and improvement of FinDock solutions.

  • Establish Thought Leadership: Position FinDock as a thought leader within the Nonprofit sector by leveraging deep industry expertise to enhance partner projects and drive superior outcomes.

Job requirements

What you'll bring to the team

  • Salesforce nonprofit Expertise – At least 3 years of experience as a nonprofit Salesforce Consultant and/ or 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin in nonprofit, preferably in the implementation cycle.
  • Compelling Presenter and Communicator – Exceptional storytelling abilities coupled with presenting and interpersonal skills. You’ll love to present both on event stages, in person with customers and online.
  • Customer-Centric Drive – A dedicated approach to understanding and responding to customer desires and needs, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Analytical Problem Solver – The capacity to analyze information, identify problems, and discern potential causes by connecting data points and focusing on relevant details for effective solutions.
  • Located in the eastern US time zone
