What’s your role?
As our first Inside Sales Representative at FinDock, you will play a key role in building and growing our sales pipeline across Europe and AMER. You’ll be at the heart of our go-to-market team, working closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Marketing.
Your mission is to engage new prospects, qualify inbound and partner leads, and own the sales cycle for smaller deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers, helping them discover how FinDock can transform the way they manage payments on Salesforce. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and love the challenge of “opening doors,” this role is for you.
Your day-to-day:
Qualify and nurture leads: Follow up on inbound requests, event leads, and partner referrals. Use frameworks like BANT to identify the right opportunities, and nurture prospects not yet ready to buy.
Build pipeline: Work closely with our AEs to create a steady stream of high-quality SQLs and ensure a healthy forecast.
Own small deals: Manage the full sales cycle for transactional deals under €5K.
Engage prospects creatively: Whether by phone, email, or social channels, you’ll design outreach strategies that stand out in a crowded inbox.
Represent FinDock: Be the face of our brand at events, webinars, and partner forums.
Keep our CRM sharp: Ensure Salesforce always reflects the latest conversations, status updates, and pipeline metrics.

Job requirements
What makes you a great fit?
Experience:
2–3 years in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or business development, ideally in SaaS. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and outbound prospecting tools is a must.
Skills:
You’re a natural communicator. Whether it’s crafting a sharp email, picking up the phone, or speaking with senior decision makers, you know how to build trust and spark interest.
You have the true hunter mentality: persistent and creative, you don’t wait for opportunities to come to you, you create them. Opening doors, starting conversations, and finding the right angle to connect excites you.
You understand the importance of qualification and pipeline discipline. You know how to separate curiosity from real intent, and you take pride in guiding the right opportunities through the funnel, directly contributing to revenue growth.
Above all, you thrive in a high-energy, target-driven environment. You see challenges as fuel, not obstacles; staying proactive, resilient, and always ready to go the extra mile.
