As a Functional Solution Architect you are the FinDock, Salesforce and payment expert during FinDock implementations and you will lead consulting engagements (expert services) with implementation partners and customers implementing FinDock. Implementation partners are in the lead of the project and you are the hands-on, trusted advisor for both those partners and customers, using strong interpersonal skills, industry experience, functional and technical skills and knowledge. You interact with both customers (business and technical) and Salesforce implementation partners to understand requirements, analyse information, and design comprehensive FinDock solutions. In this dynamic role you work with multiple customers in a short period of time, and need to have the ability to quickly switch between customers and their projects.

You serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and partners. You advise on customer business requirements and work closely with our customers and Salesforce implementation partners during the analysis/discovery, design and configuration phases of their project implementation to provide a vision on long-term functional FinDock solutions which meet and exceed their goals and metrics. You train new partners and help customers get up to speed with FinDock by delivering a 2 day training program (FinDock-Quickstarts).
And there is more! Your hunger for creativity will be fed as you develop new Expert Services (FinDock accelerators), solve issues and answer questions from our customers/ partners together with your Customer Success Groep colleagues. You will enable partners to successfully implement FinDock by developing tools, best practices, blogs and other materials and next to that provide the FinDock product management team with insights and experience to help build a world class product. You enable your sales colleagues to position and sell FinDock Expert Services to our clients.

Unblocking issues of customers and partners together with your CSG-colleagues
Development of tools which enable partners to successfully implement FinDock
Enabling sales colleagues to position FinDock Expert and Expert Services to our clients
Proven functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce (At least 3 years experience at a consultancy implementing Salesforce)
Knowledge of the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a prerequisite
Proven results leading customer and / or partner success stories
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
English language skills are important, Dutch is a plus
Comfortable interacting across different levels (both technical and business wise)

A monthly base salary of €4.300 - €5.900 depending on experience.
