Your Mission

As an AMER SGRB Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving demand. Your mission: uncover the unique challenges facing potential customers and match them with our cutting-edge payment solutions on Salesforce. By building trust and credibility with Salesforce System Integration partners and Account teams focussed on the SGRB segment, you'll cultivate a pipeline that leads to closed deals and quota attainment. Direct collaboration with nonprofit organizations will enable you to tailor solutions that deliver tangible value and ROI.

Our dynamic Go to Market team spans across The Netherlands, the UK and US, boasting a dedicated, diverse team of passionate professionals. Their mission is to make FinDock the de facto payment ingredient of choice for professionals in every Salesforce Cloud, industry and AppExchange offering. This mission hinges on cultivating, trust-based, sustainable relationships with our partners and customers, fostering a culture of customer success and collaboration within their organizations.

You will report to Jessica Hood, our Director Nonprofit AMER

Your Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with Salesforce Implementation Partners and Account teams.

  • Drive consistent pipeline growth in the Nonprofit Industry.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Job requirements

What you'll bring to the team

  • Sales Skills: You are a real hunter. You have demonstrated proficiency in prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting value-based solutions, negotiating, and closing deals with a minimum of 2 years working in sales or business development preferably in the Salesforce environment.
  • Commercial Power: Make strategic decisions that drive revenue and growth.
  • Discipline and Initiative: As a sales hunter you devote yourself to achieving sales targets and promoting significant growth. Push hard to reach your targets and don’t wait to tell you how to get there.
  • Partner Focus: Understand and meet the needs of our partner channel (SI and Salesforce) for increased collaboration and trust.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong client relationships by understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  • Nonprofit Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, including its challenges, and trends, or a passion and desire to grow in that knowledge is crucial for success in this role. Other industry knowledge would be a bonus for future years growth.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Experience navigating the Salesforce environment and collaborating effectively with Salesforce Account Executives.
