We are actively seeking a highly driven Account Executive to dominate the region Southern Europe.


This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with our office-hub centrally located in Woerden (nearby railway station/airport).


Your mission

Your goal is to empower and support prospects by providing them with our innovative payments on Salesforce solution enabling them to maximize their impact. As an Account Executive, your primary mission is to build strong, lasting relationships / partnerships with Salesforce Implementation Partners and Salesforce Account Executives to ensure seamless integration and optimisation of our solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Moreover, you’ll collaborate closely with nonprofit organizations and commercial organizations, gaining insight in their specific challenges, and offering customized solutions that streamline their operations and enhance their efforts to build your pipeline. By fostering partnerships with both prospects and key ecosystem stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of helping organizations achieve their missions.


Your Responsibilities

  • Build a strategic, enduring partner network in Southern Europe with a focus on relationships with Salesforce Implementation Partners and Salesforce Account Executives with a strong emphasis on partner satisfaction and engagement with FinDock solutions and support.
  • Drive pipeline growth across both nonprofit and commercial sectors, overseeing deal cycles from initiation to closure for prospects within your designated region.
  • Take charge of your region as an individual contributor, surpassing sales targets and driving success.

Our dynamic Go to Market team spans across The Netherlands, the UK and US, boasting a dedicated, diverse team of passionate professionals and expanding rapidly. Their mission is to make FinDock the de facto payment ingredient of choice for professionals in every Salesforce Cloud, industry and Appexchange offering.

This mission hinges on cultivating, trust-based, sustainable relationships with our partners and customers, fostering a culture of customer success and collaboration within their organizations.

You will report to Martine Heuff, our VP Sales.

Job requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or business development experience with comprehensive expertise in prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiation and closing deals.
  • A passion for tech. Familiarity with Salesforce, its ecosystem, and how FinDock's solutions integrate with it is advantageous. This expertise allows FinDock Account Executives to navigate the Salesforce landscape and collaborate effectively with Salesforce Account Executives.
  • The capability to empathize with the challenges faced by your customers, coupled with a penchant for pioneering efforts and a results-driven mindset.
  • Your motivation lies in assisting partners and Account Executives.
  • Fluency in English and native or bilingual in French.
  • Based in The Netherlands.
